We ship Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service.
Seasonal gift crates for subscribers will typically begin shipping out on the 15th of June, September, December & March. If we aren’t sold out of our current box, we will ship out within two weeks of when you begin your subscription. You will receive an email notification when your box has shipped.
About Returns & Damages
The Good Words Marketplace purchases are nonrefundable. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.
If you have received a damaged product in your box, or if your box is missing a product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within two (2) weeks of delivery, and we will assist you with getting the item replaced.
If your box is missing, we must be notified via email within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of The Good Words Marketplace.
